I love this place so close to wear my wife goes for her adujustmenrs ! My go to for a quick sushi run while she does her women activities

casual Japanese restaurant with good options for combination dinners. my go to combo is the chicken teriyaki + shrimp/vegetable tempura. comes with miso soup, salad and a free tiny scoop of ice cream that finishes off the meal perfectly.

The food was very good and fresh but I thought the portions were small compared to other Sushi Restaurants I have visited.

As other people have chimed in, they have incredible portions, relative to the price. Great environment for a relaxed lunch / dunner with family!

We are never disappointed when we eat there. The prices are very reasonable and the food is very good.

While I admittedly haven't had the most experience with sushi, I thought it was delicious. I got a plate with a spider roll and tempura shrimp. Definitely recommend.

This place used to be awesome...Then ownership changed hands...Waitress are rude and wont let two sit on a table for four....WTF ?I was there tonight and after we got seated we waited over 10 min for the waitress that NEVER came but did manage to serve two other groups that came AFTER we did...again WTF ?I would not recommend this place and will not be coming back again...Previous post said it best... they are greedy... I got nothing but bad vibes from it...

Terrific place. The sashimi tastes so freaking you will want to look for the pics outside the door.

This place is great, words can't describe how satisfied I am with this little spot, I've always been big on food presentation, my goodness! The chefs here really do take pride in their artistry, the portions and size of the rolls are abundant, the taste out of this world with the sauces perfectly being paired up with the entree served, they have a plethora of sushi roll combinations and to top it off they offer complimentary ice cream for dessert. A must to visit this spot, guaranteed to become a regular, it has for me.🍻👍

It's always good food great experience

I have come to this restaurant for over two-years now, and every time it's worth the time and drive from Pasadena. First, the main head chef is the owner, which reflects in the quality of fish and presentations, as well as the authentic Ramen noodles. I love the fish, especially the salmon, Hamachi, albacore and lobster. The spicy tuna roll or hand roll is simply perfection. Perhaps the spider roll is ordinary, but the ingredients are not. As for the Udon and Ramen? The original is wonderful, but on a cold night, the spicy version is the one to have. The texture of the broth and noodles is perfect,While the servers have come and gone over the years, and not all have been the most attentive or trained, I cannot say it has marred any visit at any time. What hasn't changed are the main head chef (the owner) and enduring quality.

Kiku Sushi is my favorite Japanese food restaurant! The staff is friendly, food tastes great (I love the green tea ice cream and salmon teriyaki), and you get seated almost immediately. Planning to go again soon, keep up the good work!

The fish at Kiku is always fresh, their service is quick and efficient, and the restaurant is really cute and intimate. There is a ton of free parking in front of the restaurant and they don't usually have a long wait time. One of my favorite local spots! I really liked the Alice in Chains roll.

I am a regular here. Great food and service is excellent. This is where my kids learned to use their chopsticks. We have been coming here for many years. This is the standard where we compare the Miso soup to any other Japanese restaurant.

Arrived during happy hour, a couple of extra plates at half price. Small location, but well suited for the number of visitors at that time of night. Food was excellent, never needed to ask for refills, everything was brought to us at the same time, large portions, would go back again. Best to go with three or more.

Cosy place n tasty, good place for Japanese food

This is unquestionably one of the most attractive place in the area. Always when I come there I am profoundly glad. They manage their high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You always win with this restaurant. Very recommended.

Honestly I've been to this spot more than once and everytime I went the waitresses were very rude. This last time I went I've decided not to return because the rudeness was to a whole notha level. Other than that the food is decent.

Nice teriyaki salmon and California roll combo - with good miso soup and salad. If you pay cash, you get a discount. I highly recommend Kiku Sushi..

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The crew is very helpful and the cuisine they serve is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal here. I highly recommend this place.

Great sushi for Monrovia. Definitely keeps it fresh and real. Probably could do better in LA as a whole but for Monrovia, best I've found. I order from here at least monthly

My first experience in Kiku sushi was positively exceptional. The service was wonderful. You are greeted upon entering and care is taken to make sure that the customer is satisfied. The food was reasonable but more important it was delicious and varied. I ordered four different dishes; Jenny roll, spider roll, dream roll, sunshine roll. Fresh roll was fresh and tempura roll was crisp and hot. The treat to start with was the edamame, salad, and miso soup. Great portion for sharing. Quite a treat. Cannot wait to return!

Japanese restaurant & sushi bar, one of the best in SGV; not pretentious or a hipster hangout - just good quality dishes & sushi in an appealing presentation. Beer and saki are available.

Staff nice, food fresh, tasty. Too bad we couldn't stay to eat, cute restaurant. They need to have a sign on the sidewalk to let customers know they are open for to go orders.

The server Alex is the best! Not because of he has the same name as my girlfriend, but he was very sincerely attentive. Will come back to bring my family.
